  • More than 30 years of experience working with a diverse population including children, teens, adults, couples, and families, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, and more.

  • Client-centered approach, drawing from a rich blend of therapeutic modalities.

  • Extensive experience in different settings like private practice, community mental health centers, hospitals, and schools.

  • Licensed Mental Health Counselor as well as a Qualified Supervisor in the State of Florida.

  • Valuable international experience and cultural adaptability due to living in England, Brazil and the United States.

  • Fluent in both English and Portuguese, and I am also able to hold conversations in Spanish.
